What makes your 1:1 coaching different from other nutrition programs?

Most programs hand you generic meal plans, tell you to “just eat healthy,” or focus on willpower—that’s NOT what I do. I take a fully personalized approach, tailoring everything to your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. This isn’t about strict rules or forcing yourself to eat foods you hate. It’s about finding a way of eating that works for YOU so that you actually feel good and never have to “start over” again.

I’ve tried so many diets before. How do I know this will work for me?

If you feel like nothing has worked, it’s not because you’re lacking willpower—it’s because those diets were never designed to be sustainable. My approach is different because:

  • It’s not about restriction—you’ll be eating real, satisfying meals that keep you full.

  • You won’t have to track macros or obsess over food—we focus on simple, nutrient-dense meals that actually support your energy, digestion, and metabolism.

  • I provide ongoing support—you’re not left figuring things out on your own. I guide you through every step so that this becomes second nature.

Do I have to cook everything from scratch? What if I’m busy?

No. I know life is busy, which is why I prioritize simplicity in everything I provide. You’ll get:

  • Fast, no-fuss meal options that don’t require hours in the kitchen.

  • Simple grocery lists so you’re never left scrambling.

  • Guidance for eating out so you can stay on track no matter where you are.

  • A simple meal prep strategy so you can save time and make your life easier. This isn’t about making your life harder—it’s about making healthy eating easy and realistic for your lifestyle.

Are the meal plans just a list of foods you tell me to eat?

Not at all! These meal plans are fully personalized to YOU—they’re not just a random list of meals that don’t fit your life. Every plan is built around:

  • Your personal food preferences (no forcing you to eat things you don’t like).

  • Your digestion and how different foods make you feel (so you’re not left bloated or uncomfortable).

  • Your schedule and lifestyle (whether you love cooking or need quick, no-fuss meals).

  • Your health goals, whether that’s improving energy, digestion, body composition, or overall well-being.

What happens after I purchase my meal plan?

Right after you check out, you’ll get an email confirmation with a link to your intake form. This is where you’ll share your food preferences, digestion needs, lifestyle, and goals so I can make sure your meal plan is 100% tailored to YOU.

Once you submit your form:

  • If you purchased the one-time 2-week plan, you’ll receive it within 48-72 hours.

  • If you signed up for the biweekly meal plan subscription, you’ll receive your first plan within 48-72 hours, and a new one every two weeks based on your progress.

Will I get to make changes to my meal plan if something isn’t working?

Yes! These meal plans are custom-built for you, so they’re not set in stone. I check in with you weekly via text to see how things are going and make adjustments as needed. If you feel like something isn’t working—whether it’s digestion, cravings, or food preferences—just let me know, and I’ll tweak it to keep things working for you.
